“Beautiful experience in sum, great diversity of Yogist practices. I recommend the hot TRX for people who want to excel, have a good base in physical form, because you will literally sweat! Do not worry about the excess of your sweat, everyone twists their towel at the end of the course, with a smile on their face! (Clean up after each session of course). In addition, at the end of some classes, a small lavender-scented towel is delivered to you on the forehead. Attention that is highly coveted.” – Jasmine Piché

“Magnifique! I was traveling for work from the US, and I emailed the night before to see if I could just drop in – I did not have a “Mind/Body account”. They emailed back right away and welcomed me to the studio the next day! I arrived 10 minutes early, filled out my email and name, and they gave me my first class free – even though I don’t live in the area. Amazing. That has never happened before when I do yoga while traveling. The class is, of course, fully in French, the official language of Quebec, and since I do not speak French, the instructor was very kind to check on me periodically to confirm I felt comfortable and knew what was going on. The class was absolutely wonderful and restorative. I learned a lot, even with the language naïveté! I would HIGHLY recommend. Incredibly nice people and a wonderful class – even have free tea waiting for you. SO lovely. I will go back for sure!! Best way to end a stressful work trip.” – Jill Fortuna
