Anhson and Hien, a husband and wife team, spent years honing their craft, eventually opening several restaurants and, most recently, Pho King in 2010. They take immense pleasure in ensuring that each and every food item that leaves the kitchen was cooked using their recipes. Since he was a teenager, their son, Jimmy, has worked in the family business. He began his career as a dishwasher and progressed to cook and restaurant manager.
