Dunbar Theatre

The Dunbar Theatre is a beloved neighborhood movie house located mid-block on Dunbar Street in Vancouver. The building is known for its board-formed concrete construction and vertical “DUNBAR” sign. The legendary Stanley Industrial Alliance Stage is a newly renovated art deco theatre and ranks fourth on the list. The theatre was originally opened in 1931 as a cinema and Vaudeville House. “It was a great evening of rock w Alice In Chains. All seats are good seats in the Queen E. First show of 2019 NA Tour. Sat left row 8, good views, great sound. Queen Elizabeth is an organized venue w easy washroom access and good beverage access! They even had ear plugs:) used them for a portion of the show!”
