Griendel

Griendel
Griendel is the project of Martin Parrot, Olivier Savary, Alexandre Gaumond and Vincent Lamontagne. They were four amateur brewers who had dabbled in the brewing business before Griendel, either directly or indirectly. For them, the key concept was to create a craft brewery with a fantastic cuisine in the kitchen, a vibrant cultural component, and, most importantly, innovative, high-quality beers made on site. Because the “local brasserie” feature is essential to them and they want to settle in Quebec, they began looking for premises in the Saint-Sauveur region in the fall of 2013.
