Pizzeria Defina serves Napoletana-style pizza, first opened its doors in the inviting Roncesvalles Village in 2011. Romolo, known as the “Grand Master” of the Margherita Pizza, finally opened his shop in Toronto’s Historic Kensington Market in January 2012.
