REVIEWS:

“Went with the family for a stroll on the weekend to check this place out. I’ve been before but never really explored all the trails. Trails were very well marked and taken care of so there isn’t any dangerous paths that you run into. They have an awesome deck walking platform which is cool to check out the birds and marsh around the area. Definitely a family friendly place to take the kids for some exercise. We even were lucky enough to run into a turtle on the pathway that was sunning himself after what looked like he took a mud bath to keep cool. Very cool! Parking is easy and usually plenty of spots. Bikes not allowed.” –JMac

“Canadian Warplane Heritage Museum is an ideal place to learn about Canada’s role during the war. A definite “eye-opener”. The volunteers are sincerely passionate in their knowledge when describing the various warplanes on display. If you’re interested in airplanes or looking for something to do with your family, I would recommend to visiting this museum. Staff are very friendly, accessible and willing to answer questions. Washrooms and a cafe are on site. There were no line ups. Reasonably priced admission. There’s a pretty big gift shop, which you pass through on your way out. You can find information on current events, and museum details by visiting their website.” – Ms. Bubba
