Ogari San was established at the Sainte-Foy pyramid in 2013 by the young entrepreneurs Alexandra Joly and David Trudeau-Fournier. This was built following the acquisition of the former Sushi Fly by the owners of this restaurant. In here, they introduced to Quebec their first version of poke bowl which was called chirashi. Because of the increasing demand for their dishes, the first branch of the restaurant has rapidly grown.
