“First time staying at the Alt Hotel. The gentleman at the concierge was fantastic, shout out to Rob! We will definitely be staying at the Alt Hotel because of Rob! He was extremely knowledgeable and gave us all the details and had great suggestions for restaurants near by! The rooms were very European and had an awesome touch screen which controlled all lights, blinds, etc, in the room.” – Nathan Hauser

“Staying at this hotel for work currently, the rooms are clean we are on a quiet floor considering it is stampede. We had no bowls to heat up our soup and when we asked the service desk they brought them right to the room along with our ice, when we didn’t have napkins I checked the bag the bowls were brought in and sure enough they had provided napkins too. The staff here is super friendly and accommodating, during such a busy time I’m blown away by the experience here.” – Kottah Marie

“Great hotel for a staying/working a few days. Quiet, clean and comfortable. Front of house staff were excellent in helping me choose a room and the restaurant food and service was wonderful too. Breakfast was included and there was even a to-go option if I didn’t want to do buffet. Only downside was that where wasn’t covered parking for my car but not actually a huge deal.” – Lisa Mah

“While in Toronto I booked my room and forgot the card, when I got to the hotel the desk said they need a credit card which I had none. So in desperation I asked to leave a cash deposit hesitantly he agreed and I got the room. The next day I forgot 3000$ item in the room and with Gary assistance he offered to mail it. I really recommend this hotel and don’t use a 3rd party to book in these struggling times they will match any online price and they don’t lose 40% of the revenue. Beautiful room, friendly staff such amazing bed” – Jonathon Tsamantanis
