Dentonia Park Golf Course
Dentonia Park Golf Course was purchased from the City of Toronto by the Metropolitan Municipality of Toronto (Metro) in September 1961. Susan Marie Denton, a Boston native who married Walter Massey in 1888, was the inspiration for the name. The 13-hectare location was suitable for a “pitch and putt” par 3 golf course, and Dentonia Park Golf Course debuted in the spring of 1967 for $350,000. Dentonia Park hosts the largest Women’s League in the city. Reserved nighttime tee times, instructional clinics, inter-club tournaments, and a season-ending championship are all available to members.

Beautifully maintained, beautifully planned, and near enough to grab your clubs and go to the first tee in under twenty minutes from almost anyplace in Metro Toronto and Mississauga. Royal Woodbine Golf Club, tucked away in the Mimico Creek valley, provides high and low handicappers a highly satisfying game on par with the best public and private courses in the area.

Oakdale Golf & Country Club
Oakdale Golf & Country Club is one of Canada’s best city courses. The three-nine-hole course is breathtaking, wandering across rolling terrain with the beautiful Black Creek running through it. Oakdale recruited Stanley Thompson to build the first nine courses after a group of Toronto investors acquired a farm north of Toronto in 1926. Thompson added nine more holes a few years later. Robbie Robinson, a Canadian designer, contributed the remaining nine in 1957. A comprehensive practice facility complements the course, allowing members to perfect their skills, and PGA of Canada Professionals host a variety of golf competitions throughout the year.
