Elm Ridge Country Club Inc
Elm Ridge Country Club Inc was founded in Dorval in 1924 and is one of North America’s oldest clubs. Their current facilities, which include two 18-hole Championship courses on Ile Bizard, were built in 1960. The stone walls that once separated the Seigneury properties and now outline their fairways may still be seen. Municipal Golf Montreal
Municipal Golf Montreal contains a nine-hole (par 3) golf course and a fitness center with 29 enclosures. The golf course, which is located east of Maisonneuve Park, also offers private and group lessons as well as equipment rental. The golf fitness facility is a fantastic place to work on your swing and improve your performance. You can choose between private and group lessons. On-site lessons are available during the season. Classes are held at the Claude-Robillard Sports Complex when the center is closed. Their competent and well-known professors, including Serge Ginchereau and Daniel Talbot, will supervise you.

The Royal Montreal Golf Club
The Royal Montreal Golf Club has a rich history. In 1873, eight men who were then hitting gutta-percha balls on Fletcher’s Field in downtown Montreal decided to start an independent golf club. Alexander Dennistoun, the Club’s first Captain, would have his name engraved on the trophy that now honors the men’s club champion. Mrs. William Wallace Watson (née Florence Stancliffe), the first female member of any golf club in North America, was accepted in 1891. Since its inception in 1896, the Club has moved twice, first to Dixie, in the parish of Dorval, and then to its current home in Île-Bizard in 1959.
