After so much mussles we shared stuffed chicken breast meal which was tender and tasty as were the sides. Bill at the end was way lower than we thought it ought to be. Will go there again for sure! Inferno’s Bistro
Inferno’s Bistro is a three-generation family business entrenched in a rich culinary tradition. It all starts with Fern Kirouac Sr., a classically educated French chef who, in the 1970s and 1980s, owned and inspired the beloved Winnipeg restaurants Red Lantern on Hamel Avenue and La Vieille Gare on Des Meurons Road. Fern Kirouac Sr. passed away in 1990, but his son, Fern Kirouac Jr., and grandsons, Chris and Zack, would later pick up where their father and grandfather left off, bringing the same authentic and unforgettable culinary experience to Winnipegers and visitors that the family was known for a few decades earlier.
