“The street art around St Laurent Blvd is quite beautiful. We parked our car along the street for 2 hours and strolled around the streets admiring all the amazing art we could see. Montreal Museum of Archaeology and History

Montreal Museum of Archaeology and History
Montreal Museum of Archaeology and History opened to the public on the site of the 350-year-old Mass commemorating Montréal’s foundation, before Sieur de Maisonneuve, Jeanne Mance, and their retinue gathered on a spit of land between the St. Lawrence and a tiny river that flowed into it. The Museum, which is inextricably linked to its location, owes its growth to significant archaeological findings discovered in Old Montréal in the 1980s. Pointe-à-Callière is Canada’s only significant archaeological museum, being opened in 1992 as part of the city’s 350th-anniversary festivities. It is also Montréal’s largest and busiest history museum.

REVIEWS:

“We had our back yard fence and gate replaced last year (2019) and the quality of build was excellent. We shopped around and were impressed with both the price and the service we got from Derek at Squirrel Construction. The fence was in a tricky spot with lots of underground utility lines, existing structures and patio stones to contend with in various places and he managed to do the job without disturbing or damaging anything. I can unreservedly recommend Squirrel for your next fence building project.” – Grahame Young
