Odd Society Spirits
Odd Society Spirits is committed to creating a family of spirits that includes whiskey, vodka, and gin by blending Old World distilling techniques with New World ingredients and creativity. Gordon Glanz, the company’s founder and master distiller, has a master’s degree in brewing and distilling from Heriot Watt University in Edinburgh, Scotland, where he experimented with making whiskey using raw grains and commercial enzymes.
Gordon spent a week at the Whisky School at Springbank distillery in Campbeltown after earning his MSc. Moreover, their spirits are designed to fill a society and celebrate the diversity and individuality of the Odd Society members, from the delicate and discreet Wallflower Gin to the wild and untamed Mongrel.

The Liberty Distillery
The Liberty Distillery has been serving Vancouver’s first hand-crafted premium spirits produced entirely from organic grain grown in British Columbia. The Liberty Distillery’s concept is upon authenticity, quality, and tradition. Their spirits are fermented and distilled on-site, following strict formulas, in order to honor and appreciate the venerable traditions of distilling.
Every stage of the triple distillation process in its bespoke handcrafted copper stills, built by German Master Christian Carl, is painstakingly controlled, from the fermentation of their organic grains to physically ‘making the cuts’ during the triple distillation process.

Long Table Distillery
Long Table Distillery is your go-to distillery. Rita and Charles Tremewen, co-owners, established Vancouver’s first distillery in North False Creek in February 2013. As Ginsmiths, their goal has always been to create high-quality handcrafted gins and botanical spirits using traditional distillation methods in small batches.

Resurrection Spirits is reviving the heritage of making Straight Rye Whisky, White Rye Whisky, and Gin using 100 percent BC Rye Grain. Bitters, Fruit Brandies, and other excellent spirits will be added to their collection as they increase their understanding of the rye grain and their investigation of this magnificent component. Sons of Vancouver Distillery is a small batch distillery. It arose from a rash desire to pursue hobbies and contribute to a burgeoning network of independent distillers. Behind the scenes, James and Richard are the masterminds behind this collection of vibrant BC spirits made with truly local grains.
