“Speakeasy like ambiance. Great kid friendly patio and super chic bar indoors. Mixologist is fabulous! We really enjoyed the classic negroni, white negroni, old fashioned, haberdashery, and green lantern. We loved our conversations with our server and the bartender. They were both super knowledgeable and the service was excellent! Thank you for letting us try your new whiskey that you are distilling, it was quite interesting! We are looking forward to our next visit!” – Jeannie
Two Rivers Distillery
Two Rivers Distilleryaims to make superior goods utilizing local ingredients since the beginning of developing and operating a craft distillery. That may appear to be straightforward, but the reality might be quite different. Another objective of their distillery is to be as environmentally friendly as possible. All of their wasted grain, for example, is donated to local farmers as a boost to their animal feed. As a result, they have practically little waste from mashing in. When distilling, they also collect all of the water needed to cool the rectification tower and condenser and utilize it for mashing and cleaning.

“This is a delightful place for drinks with a comfortable atmosphere and friendly staff. Two Rivers is also my favourite place to purchase Gin! Both their Cockscomb and Hibiscus are excellent. Located in the barley belt, and a very reasonable walk from 39 St C-Train station. I am looking forward to the future release of their Whiskey! Their spirits are the real craft experience. Highly recommend!” – Sierra Love

Romero Distilling Company Ltd.
Romero Distilling Company Ltd. is based on a long and mostly unknown history of rum-running during Prohibition from the Blairmore Hotel in the Crowsnest Pass through the mountain passes of Alberta, British Columbia, and the Pacific Northwest of the United States. Emilio Picariello, often known as ‘Emperor Pic,’ was one of the most well-known of them. He recognized an opening when Prohibition occurred and rapidly developed a big rum-running enterprise. Today, they carry on Emilio’s legacy of giving back to their community through employee volunteerism and continuing donations to local organizations.

“Love this place! It’s a family-owned business and has a really cool backstory! Would highly recommend their custom blend tour and tasting. You get to try out a variety of rums, take a tour of the facility and learn about the distilling process. Best of all, you get to make your own custom blended bottle of rum to take home. Really unique gift idea!” – Delia Popa
