Noctem Artisans Brasseurs
After 14 months of development, Noctem Artisans Brasseurs opens its doors on rue du Parvis in 2015 in a brew-pub formula. Their products brewed are mostly recent IPA recipes such as Catnip representing a high proportion of the plant’s output. These products quickly find takers and will justify an increase in initial capacity from 250,000L in December 2018 to more than double following the expansion in April 2020. What drives the team remains the relentless and perpetual work to improve their processes and products to offer customers quality craft beer that they can then enjoy and share.
