Naleway Caterers LTD was the creation of Anne Sopko a daughter of a Ukrainian immigrant. The journey to establishing one of the best caterers in Winnipeg started with Anne putting up Anne’s Grill in the Sutherland Hotel restaurant. With close proximity to the CP Rail Station, a huge number of travelers frequented the food hub to try their specialty dish, the perogies. It is a traditional Ukrainian dish that resembles a dumpling packed with all unexpected flavors served hot. Anne’s passion for introducing her hometown’s cuisine led to many requests of friends to have her cooking at their special occasions.
