Cantook Micro Torréfaction

Cantook Micro Torréfaction
Cantook Micro Torréfaction makes coffee by nurturing the legacy of our forefathers’ daring exploits. To have a cup of coffee with them is to enjoy the culmination of their efforts, their travels, and their delight in sharing it with you. They have the lengthy patience and instinct of those who tirelessly seek for the right time, whether it’s hunters in the woods, mushroom pickers, or fisherman on the lookout in an ice river. All of this is to create an experience that adds a touch of beauty to everyday life. It is to accompany them on unknown routes, to expand their noses, and share their experiences in order to learn to guess greatness when it appears.

REVIEWS:

“Excellent coffee! Quick and kind service. Fair prices. We got coffee here two days in a row. We tried their lattes, macchiato and cappuccino and all were incredible. Espresso was and the barista knows what they are doing. We purchased beans to bring home with us and they gave us a cute little tote! Highly recommend this place if you’re into great coffee!” – Kate H

Nektar Caféologue

Nektar Caféologue
Nektar Caféologue is your go-to cafe. Their objective when we first started Nektar in 2009 was to bring the world of specialty coffee to a larger audience.  In their little space in Quebec City’s St-Roch neighborhood, they gave you more than twenty third wave roasters, but there was something lacking. They felt the need to share their expertise with you and show you what’s new in the world of coffee culture, but they had to wade through the offers of their roasting partners, who didn’t have everything they needed.

“My husband and I were staying at an Airbnb nearby and desperately needed coffee. This place is the best! The drip coffee is strong and delicious! It was so good we came back for an iced coffee. Get the fudge brew! It is magic! It’s chocolate milk with coffee! It’s so rich and delicious and not sweet at all! The swag and accessories are great too! If you love coffee, this is the place for you!” – Mary Hulme

Café La Maison Smith

Café La Maison Smith
Café La Maison Smith combines a contemporary touch with the smell of coffee emanating from the Smith’s heart. La Maison Smith was named after Charles Smith and his family, who lived on the property for over a century in the 18th and 19th centuries. The foundation of the original structure housing our parent branch dates from 1653, according to the documentation given by SODEQ, the manager of the Place-Royale real estate portfolio. As a result, the names “La Maison Smith” and “1653” corresponding to a historical wink aimed at recognizing the remarkable legacy of this region by showcasing both features from the French Regime and the Regime.
