Lazy Daisy’s Cafe strives to make you feel as at ease as if you were in your own house and to provide you with excellent cuisine and service at a fair price on every visit. The name Daisy was inspired by a brown and white Guernsey that enjoyed lounging and chewing the cud. Gram would filter the warm, white liquid through a cheesecloth and put it in the fridge to chill after they delivered the sloshing pails of milk to the farmhouse. They’d have a glass or two with one of her handmade raisin bran muffins, an oatmeal raisin cookie, or a butter pie after the task was done.

“What a cute & wonderful cafe! Took my daughter here after ballet class and we had the best time. Ash was amazing!! He was kind & professional while taking care of our order and service, making sure my daughter’s hot chocolate was just the right temperature. Ash was trooper and handled a lot of customers on his own, so I can imagine that being hard and perhaps management can look into more hired help.
