Bellwoods Brewery Bottle Shop began as a tiny brewpub in the west end of Toronto in 2012 and has now expanded to include two retail outlets selling fresh cans and bottles, as well as a production brewery in North York, mostly to house The Foeder Pyramid. They’re enthusiastic about brewing a variety of styles, and we’re always open to trying new things. Currently, they’re focusing on fragrant hoppy beers, crisp lagers, barrel-aged wild blends, fruit-forward zingers, and the rare barrel-aged stout. Saulter Street Brewery launched their red barn doors with the objective of brewing excellent beer and providing an environment that encourages people to gather and live in the moment. They began brewing with that objective in mind and a competent team in place. The limitless possibilities piqued their interest and discovered a patience they didn’t realize they have. Junction Craft Brewery is your go-to shop for craft beer and more. The Junction was founded by Tom Paterson and Doug Pengelly in 2011 with the intention of producing high-quality, hand-crafted beers.
