“Best bike shop and customer service experience I’ve had. I wrote to them asking about buying new wheels and installing them on my bike. Within a few minutes I got a reply, which is pretty unusual. After they realized the wheelset I was looking for was out of stock, they suggested a different pair which were listed higher than a different shop. I asked if they could match the price and they did! All of that in real quick reply through email still. Also very fast turn around time (same day) to pick them up in store (installed with new tires on). Very pleased!” – Etienne Garceau
Sidesaddle Bike Shop
Sidesaddle Bike Shop is the first women-only bike shop in Vancouver. They’re pleased to be a part of the long heritage of women riding bicycles to improve their lives. Everyone, however, is welcome here. Most of their goods are suited for both men and women, and they cater to all types of bikers. Whoever you are, they look forward to meeting you and assisting you in riding the way you want to ride.
Moreover, they provide benefits, paid time off, and training opportunities with the support of our customers, and we aim to pay a decent wage, and they utilize their success as a small business to fight for better pay in the cycling sector, as well as rises in the legal minimum wage.

“Side saddle is a fantastic locally owned bike shop with knowledgeable staff. They bring in high quality products that will last, are functional and look great. I can’t recommend this shop enough. Anytime a friend needs a new bike or anything bike related, I send them here first.” – Fiona Toth
Ride On Bike Shop
Ride On Bike Shop was founded in 1986 at the first Ride On bike shop on West Broadway. They moved to the Tri-Cities in 2015, taking over a close friend’s BMX-only business on Westwood Avenue in Port Coquitlam. I have a strong supply of BMX bikes, but we’ve also added hybrids, mountain bikes, and road bikes, as well as a full-service repair shop. Bringing a new grass-routes approach to an area that was formerly dominated by big-box retailers or shops catering to top riders with higher-end bikes and price tags.

“Fantastic service, they assessed my bike and were finished in a couple days. My bike was in pretty poor condition before, and it honestly feels like it’s brand new again for a surprisingly low cost, considering everything. Staff was friendly and super helpful, even offered to do a couple more things for me when I picked up my bike, free of charge. I’ll definitely be coming back if I need anything, as well as recommending the place to friends.” – Corwin Shanner
West Point Cycles
West Point Cycles is a family-owned company, with the present owners having worked there for over ten years before acquiring it. They prefer to think of their staff as a family, and we work hard to make sure that everyone has a fun and fulfilling job so that they may pass on their passion and professional expertise to our clients. “The service at West Point Cycles on 10th is killer. Not only are all the staff super approachable and knowledgable, their turnaround time for servicing bikes and getting people back out on the road is so quick. As someone who is dependent on their bike for getting anywhere and everywhere, I appreciate this greatly. The staff are also always willing to talk you through what they plan on doing/what they did to service your bike as well as give you tips for maintaining your bike yourself. Each experience I’ve had going to West Point Cycles has been amazing and they will continue to be my go-to bike shop and service. Thank y’all, keep up the awesome work!” – James Letkeman

“I bought a bike here after many years of not owning one and returning to ‘bike novice’ status. I had a wonderful experience in the shop. The guys running it are very friendly and welcoming and answered all of my questions. Zero snobby attitude and no upsell. They even included a free tune-up and accessory discount since I was buying a new bike. Very happy with the experience and my new bike!” – Lianna Scrimger
