“Superior customer service. I dealt with both Trevor and Dan and they were both so kind, patient and knowledgeable. Dan gave me a quick tutorial on how to use my bike rack and offered to help load my bikes. Their bike accessories are excellent quality as well. My daughter and I love our new LIV bikes.
