Sinclair Centre
Second is Sinclair Centre. An upscale shopping mall located in Downtown Vancouver at 757 West Hastings Street between Granville and Howe. The centre is comprised of four buildings that were restored in 1986 by Henriquez Partners Architects and joined together by a glass atrium roof amounting to a cost of $38 million. The mall features elite boutiques. After getting renovated in 1986, it was announced on November 13, 1983 that it will be renamed after James Sinclair, member of Parliament for Vancouver North and later Coast—Capilano as well as Minister of Fisheries. Sinclair is the maternal grandfather of 23rd Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau.

CF Pacific Center
Pacific Centre, corporately known as CF Pacific Centre, is a shopping mall located in downtown Vancouver and managed by Cadillac Fairview. For over 50 years, Cadillac Fairview has been bringing a premier retail experience to Canadians across the country.
