St. John’s-Ravenscourt School
Third on the list was founded in 1820 St. John’s-Ravenscourt School. They principally opened to serve the children of the Selkirk settlers. From then, St. John has graduated 18 Rhodes scholars including Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II granted patronage and established a scholarship in her name in 1981.

The King’s School
A small group of families in 1984 started the fourth school on the list, The King’s School. It was opened as a ministry of Gateway Church school to express their vision to educate their children in a Christian environment with Biblical values. The school now enjoys relationships with numerous churches and organizations and seeks to forge meaningful friendships with academic and government educators, recognizing that they all desire to help children from all walks of life.
