“I have never had an experience at a lab like at Windermere MIC. Disabled parking was close to the building entrance and on a flat surface (which is always a bonus). There is also a drive-through for quick drop-off’s and pick-ups. Entering the building feels like going in to a up-scale spa or hotel; everything is so bright and spacious. The building is very clean. At MIC itself the staff was friendly and my technician (Jennifer) was just great and went out of her way to perform the ultrasound on me while I was in my wheelchair rather than as they usually do on patients lying flat. She explained everything very clearly and happily answered any questions she could when my wife or I asked. On the way out a receptionist got up and held the door for us which was a first!
