“I have nothing but good things to say about the team at NCT. From the start, Nicole has been extremely supportive with helping navigate our daughters care and keeping us informed of what is going on. We initially had problems setting up emails, but through great communication and many many phone calls we figured it out. She was wonderful and patient throughout the whole stressful experience. Dr. Johnson was easy to connect with and left a lasting impression on us. During our virtual appointment, he was interacting with out toddler and made us feel at ease during an anxiety inducing time in our lives. They are quick to respond to emails and help us trouble shoot any changes that may be happening. Being from out of town, all these points makes us feel confident in the care our daughter is receiving.” – Ailish Stenning
