Silver Cove


Silver Cove started in 2004 as a hobby by Chris and Melissa and has become the is the largest Gem & Mineral business in Canada. In 2007, Chris and Melissa developed Silver Cove as a mobile store, and ultimately, the pair received so many demands for a permanent location in 2008 that they launched their pursuit for a place. Furthermore, Chris’s self-taught comprehension of geology and love of service quality makes him an indispensable Silver Cove partner. Daily, dealing with customers in one of the stores, cutting and polishing stones, or out on a dig site, you will undoubtedly find him in some side of the project.

Liz & Lottie is a lifestyle and gift shop in Calgary with internationally sourced, imaginative gifts and simple designs. It was founded in 2011 by Nikki and Heidi, your friendly neighborhood and suppliers of everything trendy. Nikki and Heidi wanted to take their purchase dilemma and turn it into a solution, and essentially a business, and wanted to name the store after two women who have been their inspiration. They are open from Tuesday to Saturday, 11:00 Am to 2:00 PM.

Villages Calgary is owned and managed via the non-profit Global Village Crafts Society, and regulated by a group of passionate members who employs a manager to run the shop and supervise the work of 60 devoted volunteers. Kricket’s is Calgary’s favorite gift shop with a flare.  For over 20 years, they have been delivering happiness with their special products since 1998. By maintaining that physical retail store always thoroughly sanitized to ensure that your buying process is safe, they have adapted to the post Covid-19 environment. They are open from Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Sunday, 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Additionally, they’ve also recently migrated online and are now doing both delivery and curbside pickup.

The Scottish Shoppe & A Little Bit of Ireland


The Scottish Shoppe & A Little Bit of Ireland carry kilts, jewelry, food, clan emblems, and more for authentic Scottish, Irish, English, Welsh, and Celtic goods. In 1996, Jim Osborne bought the store. In Calgary and throughout western Canada, Jim remains committed to the Scottish and Irish cultures. He is a committed supporter of the 78th Fraser Highlanders and the Calgary Burns Club and is happy to assist cultural and charitable groups everywhere he does business. Furthermore, together with the retirement of founders John and Jean Whitelock, his presence in the Scottish culture presented a timely encounter.
