Disc Jockeys Unlimited is a market pioneer, and they’ve firmly founded ourselves as Ontario’s leading competent DJ and entertainment provider in recent years. Sid Hopkins founded Disc Jockeys Unlimited in 1963 and ran it until 1988, when Michael Geretch, who had previously worked with Sid as a DJ, took over. Michael was also the President of the CDJA’s Toronto Chapter and the National Vice President at the same time. Ivan Lapalme, who was trained by Michael and has worked as a DJ with DJU since 2004, bought the company in September 2016 and has since taken over all of the company’s activities.
