“Got an étagé aux agrumes + huile d’olive, a dacquoise aux pistaches + pamplemousse. Both were not only beautiful but absolutely delicious. The étagé was sweet, fresh, creamy, light, with a hint of savouriness from the olive oil in the cream. The dacquoise had a pistachio cake, a crispy wafer layer and the fresh grapefruit cream on top. Amazing! Both are seasonal, so don’t miss your chance to try them if you see them on the menu.” – Vanessa Nosotti
