“I used to go to the AGH with my school every other week, they taught us an incredible amount about the different types of art and let us contribute our own art pieces at the end of the year. It’s one of the main things the made me interested in art. Definitely would recommend it to anyone, and especially those with little ones” – Mara Waite
Earls Court Gallery
Earls Court Gallery was founded in 1973. It is a retail gallery focusing on Canadian contemporary and historical art. They are headquartered in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada, and conduct about 9 exhibits a year in their 4,000 sq. ft. space. They infer that it is a privilege to acquire a work of art and a necessity for certain collectors. These purchases help promote the artist and the culture of the arts, but more importantly, you actually invest for yourself and your family, as you become part of the artwork’s authenticity, and you boost the art education of those around you.

“Great gallery with a rotating collection of known and obscure artists. Professional framing, shipping, appraisal, and estate services. I’ve been very happy with the purchases we’ve made here, and the selection allows you to build a good solid local and minor Canadian art collection for a reasonable price. Focus on Hamilton artists, and that’s fine by me, as they are indubitably talented and under-appreciated. Their time’s coming though.” – Greg Mills

“I went to an open house for a local artist a few weeks ago. The Gallery on the Bay took me by surprise. It is a very quaint gallery and very professionally run. There was a small bar and stage with live music and a beautiful spread of cheese, fruit and hor d’oeuvres. The owner was very welcoming and willing to chat about the artist and her love her Hamilton and its culture. I will definitely be going back!!” – Sarah Gaensler

“Creations was great to work with! Given the pandemic and lockdown, I was still able to view and purchase art due to Dan Faulkner’s creative workarounds. Dan was willing to place the interested pieces (having seen them on their interactive website) in the gallery’s windows for me to contemplate, while we discuss the artists (Eventov and Henderson) masked and socially distanced outside. In addition, he brought an easel outside and placed the works upon it, so I could approach and view them safely! Dan is a wealth of knowledge about the artists he represents and their techniques. I highly recommend the gallery!” – Jennifer Jenkins-Scott
Josh Tiessen Studio Gallery
Josh Tiessen Studio Gallery is established by Josh Tieseen, who is an award-winning international artist that is considered to be one of the top ten prodigy artists in the world and North America’s only established male art prodigy. In the “New Contemporary” trend, his creative style best represents who he is as a person as it blends meticulous dedication to intricate detail with his experiences. For this cause, there is always a personal narrative that surrounds each painting, but it is up to the spectator to solve the mystery of the scene without this comprehension.
