Le Boucan Smokehouse is popular for its ribs, pulled pork, and poutine today. During the tournaments, two brothers-in-law travel to the southern United States to sample the finest meats. They host many BBQs each season, much to the delight of their family and friends. They opened their first smokehouse on rue Notre-Dame in Little Burgundy in 2010, in the space of a former antique dealer. It’s a cozy, family-friendly spot with classic furniture where we cook good food and, of course, drink good bourbon.
