Art City
Art City is a non-profit community art studio devoted to delivering creative and professional art programming to people of all ages for free. Art City’s main objective is to give everyone who wants to express themselves creatively a place to go and the resources to do so. Wanda Koop, an internationally known artist, noticed a need for accessible arts programs in Winnipeg’s West Broadway neighborhood more than two decades ago.
